Lomba a partecipare a un sondaggio promosso dall'IFLA DDRS (Document 
Delivery and Resource Sharing) Standing Committee.
I risultati saranno presentati nella Open Session che si terrà alla 
Conferenza IFLA WLIC, Astana (Kazhakistan) il prossimo 19 Agosto.

The IFLA DDRS Committee (Document Delivery and Resource Sharing) is 
gathering information to better understand a complex topic: the problems 
of cross-border shipping of returnables.

Please help us by completing this survey, which is available in English, 
although free text comments can be filled out in your language, so that 
we obtain as much quantitative and qualitative data as possible.

Responses from all libraries are encouraged, regardless of whether you 
borrow or lend internationally. If you are the head of a library 
network, we would greatly appreciate your distribution of this survey to 
libraries within your country network.

The number of questions will vary depending on which activities you 
currently perform, ranging from 11 to 30. It may take up to 20 minutes 
to complete.
