L'obiettivo dell'indagine è comprendere meglio le condizioni in cui operano le biblioteche quando lavorano a sostegno dei ricercatori. È rivolta principalmente alle istituzioni europee (università, altri istituti di istruzione superiore, istituti di ricerca).
