La lussazione congenita dell’anca è la più frequente anomalia dell’apparato scheletrico riscontrabile alla nascita.Il film ne illustra un metodo di diagnosi precoce (la cosiddetta manovra di Ortolani), allo scopo di diffondere fra gli operatori sanitari la pratica di questa semplice tecnica, che permette la individuazione rapida dell’anomalia e la terapia più opportuna.

Congenital dislocation of the hip is the most common anomaly of the skeletal frame at birth. The aim of this film is to illustrate a method of early diagnosis (the so called Ortolani’s manoeuvre) with the goal of difusing among pediatricians the practice of this simple technique which let a fast determination of the dislocation and its therapy.
